Open Source

UniLake is open source allowing full transparency and extensibility for your data platform needs. Our source code is available and accesible on GitHub so anyone can read, inspect and review it to verify that our actions match with our words. We welcome feedback and have a public roadmap. If you are happy to manage your own infrastructure, you can fully self-host UniLake too!

Shield from Foreign Regulations

Choosing a cloud provider can become more challenging as new regulatory frameworks for data are putting more and more pressure on companies to comply with local rules and regulations. UniLake, a European company, makes sure that its cloud offering is fully hosted, managed and compliant with European regulations allowing European businesses and its customers data to be safe from non-eu regulations and interference.

Geo-Fencing Enabled

Using UniLakes security layer allows you to specify policies on your data, setting boundaries where your data is allowed to be used. Connect your own data lake and make use of UniLake's integrated network to seamlessly move data between private and public cloud environments. No matter where the data lives, data policies are always applied and globally adhered to.

Hybrid Cloud

Start small on commodity hardware or run UniLake on a private cloud solution to separate highly sensitive data from public cloud environments. Run a second cloud instance and move data between private and public clouds as data is being analyzed. Policies put on data usage will make sure that only data that is allowed to be used in the cloud can be accessed.
